My heart was a flutter for Flutter in Portland, OR

Last summer I went to Portland, OR and just loved being there. The people, food, and vibe was laid back and chill. I hope to return again. I love vintage clothes and visiting vintage stores was on my list during my trip! To my surprise and delight I found Flutter. This store embodied whimsical charm- I mean the dressing room was a make-shift circus tent! I walked in and the Beatles' Abbey Road was playing and I decided to stay awhile. There was so much stuff in this store I knew I was going to be there for a couple of hours. I can't wait to return!

Sucker for...tights from Hansel from Basel

It's winter and I am especially cold because, well, because I am always cold! Thank goodness for Hansel from Basel. Hansel from Basel tights allow me to even attempt to wear skirts and tights during the winter. They offer wool tights! And while they are pricey just wait for the sales people. Oh, and did I mention they have such fun designs. Just see for yourself:

Sucker for...She & Him...and they have a new video!

Matt and Zooey have a new video for their song "Don't Look Back" from their album Volume 2 (2010). Matt doesn't do much but look cool and Zooey does a lovely job at dancing!! Lots of mod style and bold colors. Also, it's one of my fave songs from the album. Watch it here.

I am working on setting my store policies in place and pricing and photos. I hope to have my store opened within the next couple of weeks. I will be starting off selling felt brooches and who knows what else!!
